Refund policy

Returns can be made within 30 days if product is unopened and unused, however freight charges are the responsibility of the customer and a 25% restocking fee will apply. Special orders (including non-stock colors) are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns. Please measure carefully and talk with our team before you place your order if you have questions. Orders that have a manufacturing defect are covered under our manufacturer’s warranty, however Van Wife Components should be notified of defects at time of receipt. Please inspect all order immediately and notify Van Wife Components of any defects within three (3) days of receipt.
